VIRTUAL CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER

Summary:

Join Healthpitality as a Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner and lead the charge in transforming healthcare for hospitality employees. As a vital part of our telehealth team, you will provide high-quality care to an underserved population, making a profound impact on their well-being.

In addition to your clinical role, you’ll have an opportunity to shape Healthpitality’s care model. You’ll collaborate with our clinical and growth teams to share insights and feedback to continuously improve the quality of care we provide.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth visits, offering urgent/sick care services, prescription refills, medication management, and referral coordination

• Communicate with patients via video, phone, text and email

• Provide services during extended hours in accordance with the needs of our patient population

• Collaborate closely with our team to optimize the telehealth experience, streamline processes, and enhance the overall quality of care provided

• Empower patients by educating them on self-care practices and empowering them to take control of their health and well-being

Qualifications:

​

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (multi-state or ability to obtain multiple licenses preferred)

  • Must be located in Florida​

• At least 2 years post-graduate clinical experience

• At least 2 years telehealth experience

• Board certified FNP or ACNP

• Above average comfort with technology

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless and patient-centered care delivery

 

Salary:

• $80,000 - $100,000/year
